Charlie is purpose-built for one type of merchant: Shopify Plus brands running physical retail alongside their online channel. Shopify Plus

The merchant is on Shopify Plus and uses Shopify POS.

They operate stores, a warehouse, or both — and fulfill online orders from any of them.

€1M+ GMV online

Enough online volume for fulfillment decisions to have real financial impact.

Omnichannel intent

They’re actively pushing ship-from-store, click and collect, or endless aisle — or want to.

Who Charlie is not for.

Not every Shopify Plus merchant needs Charlie. Skip accounts where:
  • They’re pure e-commerce with no physical locations
  • They are looking for a multichannel OMS and Shopify is not the only commerce platform in their stack.
  • They’re already live on a full OMS (OneStock, Manhattan, etc.) and satisfied
  • They’re below Shopify Plus or GMV is too small for ROI to be compelling
