Understanding how order routing works, what fulfillment constraints apply, and how to configure Charlie for a specific brand requires expertise. That expertise can and should be sold by your agency. Charlie does not sell consulting to brands. That’s intentional. The advisory work is yours, with our help. 2. Front-end development. Charlie’s safety stock feature requires custom front-end development to surface real-time stock data in the right places. Depending on the client’s exact needs, this represents a few days of billable dev work. How the collaboration works.

There is no fixed process. You choose the mode that works best for your client relationship.

You run the client relationship end to end. Charlie supports you in the background — available for technical questions, demo support, or scoping — but stays out of sight with the client.

Charlie takes the client-facing role — discovery, demo, closing. Your agency stays in the loop at every step and we report back to you throughout.
