# About Charlie.

## The company.

Charlie is a Paris and LA based SaaS company building the omnichannel operations platform for Shopify Plus brands.

Founded on a simple observation: Shopify transformed retail commerce, but the tools brands need to operate across stores, warehouses, and online channels never caught up. Classic OMS platforms were built for a pre-Shopify world — expensive, slow to deploy, and designed for IT teams, not retail operators.

Charlie was built to close that gap, natively inside Shopify.

Reference clients include **Kujten**, **From Future**, **Nordleaf**, **Lafaurie**, and **The Bradery** — all referenceable, ask us for context before a prospect call.

## The team.

Charlie is led by founders with backgrounds in retail operations and Shopify development. The team is small, senior, and focused.

## What we believe.

Omnichannel retail doesn't need another platform. It needs a layer that makes the platform your teams already use — Shopify — work the way it should.
